Enable local backup when using local optimization and also bulk restore original images

We need also an option for local backup of original images just in case. For some folks it is good that you offer cloud backup for 30 days, but there is the other group that would like to have all images locally backed up by the plugin, with bluk or individual restore options. Many other compression plugins have that actually.

From what I saw it is just copying the media folder in exact same structure and then backing up images there whenever compression is done on some image. Then for restore, it just overwrites the media folder with the backup folder since they are oganized with the same folder structure inside.

This would be great, I hope you consider it, or at least if not many folks need it, put it as an override for those who would like to do that.
