Lazy load: Exlude n images

To add more dynamic to lazyload exclusion rules, suggest adding options to set number of images (just content or whole HTML buffer) to be excluded.
This will make configuring simpler - no need to go to every WP post and add class to for example 1st (and/or second) LCP image…
