Separate critical css for mobile and desktop/tablet

Please allow setting a different critical CSS for mobile and desktop versions; this way we could potentially improve the mobile speed a lot more (by ignoring the desktop one).

Services like https://www.corewebvitals.io/tools/critical-css-generator allow us to generate them separetly.
